Mr. James Gurley Smith, Jr. age 87, of Rainsville passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022. Funeral services are set for 1pm Thursday, August 11, 2022 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Dr. Allen Hays officiating. Burial will be in Kirk Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11am until 1pm Thursday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Smith Darwin; sons, James Eddie Smith and Timothy Dale Smith; sisters, Martha Bradford and Bobby Faye McArtha; brother, Jay Bee Smith; grandchildren, Heath Darwin, Luke Darwin, Jess Smith, and Bryce Smith.
