Franklin was a dear friend. My husband Barry, daughter Baleigh and I always called on him to take care of our property since we live in Pensacola. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help out any way he could. When my brother in law, Scott Perritt passed suddenly, Franklin continued to stay in touch with his wife Liz to make sure that her property was safe and well kept. We will miss Franklin and will always appreciate the comfort he brought to our families in Pensacola knowing that there was a trust worthy, kind person looking out for us while we were away. May God comfort his family and especially comfort his sweet Mother. We send our love and prayers. Franklin will be missed greatly.
