Mr. Ray Morton Feltner, age 39 of Dawson, passed away Monday, October 17, 2022. Memorial Services will be held at 3pm on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2pm-3pm, prior to the service, on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the funeral home.
