Mrs. Freda Elizabeth Johnson age 80, of Powell passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023. A memorial service will be held at 2pm Thursday, February 2, 2023 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2pm Thursday at the funeral home. W.T. Wilson is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Johnson; daughters, Debbie Sue Coone, Wendi Charlene Bushman, and Sandra Elizabeth “Sandy” Smith; sons, Charles Clayton "Chuck” Coone, Jr. and Douglas Wayne “Doug” Coone; sister, Cheryl Ogle; grandchildren, Chuckie, Michael, Elijah, Amy, Estelle, Donna, Kara, Josh, Bethany, Bonny Ethan, Mysti, Holly, Livie, and Lyda; several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nephews, nieces, and was Mama Freda to hundreds.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Belinda Kathleen “Kathy” Brothers; son, Murray “Dale” Coone; grandson, Larry; parents, Fred Lee and Peggy Jones; sisters, Ava Lee, Shirley Goble, Jean McDonald, Polly Robson, and Jenny Mann.
