Mr. Kenneth Collins age 81, of Pisgah passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Funeral services are set for 2pm Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel with Bro. Deon Black officiating. Burial will be in Henagar Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8pm Monday at the funeral home. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joyce Collins; daughters, Lisa Collins, Tracy Collins, and Chanda (Shane) Koger; son, Kelvin (Susan) Collins; son-in-law, Orlan Bethune; grandchildren, Chase (Meghan) Bethune, Brandi Bethune, Ethan (Scarlet Rodriguez) Bethune, McKenna (Bronson) Privett, Austin Talley, Grayson Talley, Carson Talley, Ryan Koger, Adelyn Koger, Brad (Jennifer) Collins, and Brennan Collins; great-grandchildren, Connor and Skyleigh Bethune and Carter Collins; brother, Floyd “Buddy” Collins; sisters, Elizabeth Akins and Mattie Manning.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thair Esco and Nellie Gray Collins; brothers, Lloyd Collins, Troy Collins, Delbert Collins, and Lawrence Collins; sisters, Lois Crabtree, Dorothy Sears, Lorraine Collins, and Bonnie Rigstad.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
