Virginia Ellen Goulais, age 82, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years: Edwin Rowe Goulais, Sr.; daughter: Julie Jones; son: Brian Goulais; granddaughter: Virginia LaSha "Ginger" Harper; great grandson: Issac Sells; parents: Edith Collins and Vaughn Green; brothers: Thomas Green and David Collins.
She is survived by her daughters: Susan Harvey (Johnathan), Sandra Hairell (Alan), and Mary Matula (Thomas); daughter-in-law: Robin Goulais; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Goulais was born in Farmington, MI, on February 19, 1938. She was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. To know her was to love her.
The family will receive friends and family from 2pm-4pm on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel, with memorial service to follow.
