Ms. Crystal Michelle Howard, age 41 of Fort Payne, passed away Monday, July 3, 2023. Memorial Services will be held at 3pm on Friday, July 7, 2023. The family will receive friends from 1pm-3pm, prior to the service, on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the funeral home. Officiating is Bro. J.T. Williams.

Mother: Barbara (P.J.) Hemholtz
Sister: Donna Marie Hemholtz
Brothers: Perry Evett and Michael Howard
A host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins
**Ms. Howard was preceded in death by her father: Tommy Howard; grandparents: Milard & Pauline Howard and Willie & Deloris Shelton**
